Advertising can get your attention. Results, experience, and client trust are what matter when it’s your case. Here are a few of the outcomes, recognitions, and experiences that help define Ryan Alexander and his team.
A major judgment involving a catastrophic brain injury. Every case is different, but results like this demonstrate the level of litigation experience the firm brings to serious injury claims.
A multimillion-dollar settlement involving injuries caused by a defective product. Complex cases can require extensive investigation, expert analysis, and a willingness to litigate when necessary.
A seven-figure premises-liability settlement arising from a shooting. Claims involving businesses and property owners can involve very different liability and insurance issues than an ordinary car accident.
A jury verdict exceeding $1.2 million in a motor-vehicle case. An example of the firm’s ability to take an injury claim beyond negotiation and present it to a jury when necessary.

Ryan Alexander has built a recognizable presence across Las Vegas by doing more than simply advertising. From memorable television campaigns to practical legal education, his goal is to make complex legal issues easier to understand while staying accessible to the people he serves.
This campaign uses humor to highlight a real problem: insurance companies use professionals to protect their interests. Injured people deserve someone protecting theirs.
Ryan regularly breaks down the questions injured people actually ask. From dealing with insurance adjusters and settlement offers to wrongful death claims and choosing the right attorney.
Through television, interviews, digital media, and community-focused appearances, Ryan has built a public presence rooted in education, accessibility, and serving Las Vegas.
Meet Ryan Alexander.

Ryan Alexander’s story isn’t defined by where he went to law school. It’s defined by what he chose to do with the opportunity.
A Harvard Law School graduate with years of courtroom and litigation experience, Ryan built his career around helping people through situations they never expected to face: serious accidents, injuries, insurance disputes, and the uncertainty that follows.
For Ryan, personal injury law is ultimately about leveling the playing field. Insurance companies handle claims every day. They understand the process, the language, and what they are willing to pay. Most injured people are experiencing that system for the first time.
That imbalance is one of the reasons Ryan does this work.
He believes clients should understand what is happening, have direct access to the people handling their case, and never feel like another file moving through a system. Whether a case can be resolved through negotiation or requires litigation, the goal remains the same: give the client an advocate who is prepared to see the case through.
But Ryan’s commitment to helping people extends beyond the courtroom. Through scholarships, community initiatives, educational content, and years of involvement throughout Las Vegas, he has made service part of the identity of the firm, not simply something written in a mission statement.
Because when someone comes to Ryan after an accident, they are rarely having an ordinary day. They may be hurt. Their car may be gone. They may be missing work. The insurance company may already be calling. And they may have no idea what happens next.
Ryan’s job is to help make the next step clearer.
“I’m Attorney Ryan Alexander, and I’m here to help.”
When you’re injured, the legal process can feel complicated fast. Our job is to make the next step clearer. Ryan Alexander and his team represent people injured in serious accidents throughout Las Vegas and Nevada, helping clients understand their options, deal with insurance companies, and pursue the compensation available under the law.

A crash can leave you dealing with injuries, medical bills, missed work, vehicle damage, and an insurance company already asking questions. We help injured drivers and passengers navigate the claim process, investigate fault, document damages, and pursue a fair recovery.

Accidents involving semis, delivery trucks, company vehicles, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other commercial operators can involve multiple companies and layers of insurance coverage. We investigate who may be responsible and what coverage may apply.

Motorcyclists have far less protection when another driver makes a mistake. We help injured riders investigate what happened, challenge unfair assumptions about motorcyclists, and pursue compensation for medical care, lost income, pain, and other damages.

When an accident takes someone you love, no legal case can replace them. A wrongful death claim can help surviving family members understand their rights, determine who may be responsible, and pursue compensation while navigating the legal and estate issues that often follow a sudden loss.

Property owners and businesses have responsibilities when dangerous conditions put visitors at risk. Whether the injury happened at a casino, hotel, store, apartment complex, or other property, we investigate what caused the fall and whether the danger should have been corrected or properly addressed.

Rideshare accidents can involve more than just two drivers and two insurance companies. Coverage may depend on whether the driver was logged into the app, waiting for a ride, transporting a passenger, or operating outside the platform at the time of the crash. We help sort through those details.

Pedestrians have almost no physical protection when struck by a vehicle. These cases can involve serious injuries, disputed fault, surveillance footage, eyewitnesses, traffic signals, and other complex issues. We work to reconstruct what happened and pursue accountability for the harm caused.

Patients should be able to rely on medical professionals to provide care consistent with accepted standards.
When a preventable medical error causes serious harm, these cases require careful investigation and experienced legal analysis.

Construction sites involve heavy equipment, dangerous heights, moving vehicles, subcontractors, and constantly changing conditions. When an injury involves the negligence of someone other than the injured worker’s employer, there may be additional legal options beyond workers’ compensation.

Families trust nursing homes and caregivers with some of the people they love most.
When neglect, abuse, unsafe conditions, or inadequate care causes harm, that trust deserves to be taken seriously.

A serious dog attack can cause physical injuries, scarring, infection, emotional trauma, and unexpected medical expenses. We help determine who may be responsible and whether homeowners, renters, or other insurance coverage may apply.

When a dangerous or defective product causes an injury, the companies involved in designing, manufacturing, distributing, or selling it may potentially bear responsibility. We investigate how the product failed and why.

You don’t need to understand the legal process before calling us. These are some of the questions people ask most often after an accident.
Maybe. A strong injury claim usually depends on whether another person or company may have caused your injuries, what evidence supports that, and what damages resulted. The easiest way to find out is to tell us what happened and let us evaluate the circumstances.
Personal injury cases are commonly handled on a contingency-fee basis, meaning the attorney’s fee is tied to the recovery rather than billed hourly. The exact fee arrangement and responsibility for case expenses should be explained in the written agreement before you hire a lawyer.
There is no universal timeline. A claim may resolve relatively quickly, while cases involving serious injuries, disputed fault, complex insurance issues, or litigation can take considerably longer. We would rather give you a realistic assessment based on your case than promise an arbitrary deadline.
Most personal injury claims do not end in a trial. Many are resolved through negotiation or settlement. But if the insurance company will not resolve the case fairly, filing a lawsuit or preparing for trial may become necessary.
There is no reliable formula that can determine the value of a case from a few basic details. Factors can include the severity of the injury, medical treatment, lost income, long-term effects, available insurance, liability, and the evidence supporting the claim.
Be careful. Insurance adjusters may ask for recorded statements, details about your injuries, or an early settlement before the full impact of the accident is known. Ryan generally advises injured people considering a personal injury claim to understand their rights before giving detailed statements or accepting an offer.
You may still have a claim. Nevada follows a modified comparative-negligence system. In many negligence cases, being partially responsible does not automatically prevent recovery, although your percentage of fault can reduce the amount recovered. Under NRS 41.141, recovery is generally barred when the plaintiff’s comparative negligence is greater than the negligence of the defendant or combined defendants.
Every accident is different. A quick conversation can often make the next step much clearer.
