Our client was a passenger who was in a car that was “t-boned” on the passenger door as the driver attempted to make a U-turn. Client suffered internal injuries including intestinal damage which required an emergency surgery. We were able to get a settlement recovering policy limits from both drivers, despite initial denials of liability by the insurance company of the vehicle that hit the turning car (adjusters test your case by blaming the other party).
