I’m proud to announce the recent settlement I recovered for a client who was injured while riding as a passenger in a freeway accident. The client was injured when the driver lost control and hit a guardrail on the right shoulder, which caused the windshield to hit the client in the head. The insurance company acknowledged that they would pay the car owner’s full policy limit within a week of receiving the demand letter, color photos and records I sent, and the whole matter was resolved within weeks.
While I can’t guarantee this kind of outcome for every client – indeed, this case moved very quickly on the insurance company’s side – I can assure my clients that they will receive the same personal attention from me, with care in preparation of their case files and continued pressure on the insurance company.
